Listening In

Listening In is an audio series from CrissCross Technologies, the leader in Windows-based audio tutorials for people who use talking computers. Listeners of Speaking of Microsoft Word," "Speaking of Corel WordPerfect," and our other full-length tutorials have made enthusiastic requests for more tutorials. Many of these suggested topics can be covered in short sessions. They include fine-tuning Windows 98 with speech, using search engines, setting up virus scanners, printing envelopes, listening to radio stations on the web, using Visual Basic, recording sounds, and more.

CrissCross Technologies offers a bi-monthly subscription series of short tutorials and questions and answers. Prices? For a one-year subscription, including 6 issues, the price is $60.00. You only want one small segment? You can buy a single issue for $15.00. (Customers outside North America should e-mail or call to find out how much additional postage may be required.)

Beginning with the January 2001 issue, CrissCross Technologies is offering Listening In subscribers the choice of receiving their bimonthly issue on CD or cassette. Now you can experience your Listening In tutorial on CD with quality sound through the speakers of your computer or on your home stereo. If you have already subscribed, simply contact us via telephone or e-mail to change your preferred Listening In format to CD if you wish. Otherwise, we will continue to send each issue on cassette.

If you have more suggestions or would like details on the Listening In series, please let us know.
